Pre-College Programs
Wake Forest Pre-College Programs are designed for high school students to experience academic rigor, dynamic learning and enriching social interactions in a supportive college environment. All of our programs are meant for enrichment and are not-for-credit, meaning students don’t have the pressure of formal grades.
“I just want to thank you, the counselors, staff, medical school, the university, the instructors, presenters and EVERYONE involved with this program for providing such an amazing opportunity and experience for Aria. She was safe, she was engaged, challenged, motivated, intrigued, encouraged, enlightened, informed, equipped, and armed for the next decisions she has to make.”
Kimberly, parent of a Pre-College Programs student

Noah, a student from the 2025 Artificial Intelligence Institute, shares his key takeaways from the program.
"This was a great Summer Immersion Program— I’d venture to say it`s the best one I’ve ever attended at a university. The speakers were very in depth and seemed very competent about their careers. Whereas most summer programs at universities are like “go off to the side of the campus and get a certificate after a week”, I felt we were very involved with the atmosphere. The TA’s this week, Gaspare and Haley were great in aiding the program."
The 2026 application for the Summer Immersion Program is now open, students apply today!
